Why can't the app recognize my iPhone?

This problem always caused by system failure. Please try to unplug your iPhone from computer and reconnect again to check if it works. If not, try to run iTunes to make sure it can be recognized by iTunes. If the problem exists consistently, try to reboot your computer.
