Why my iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch is not detected?

When you meet this problem, please try unplugging and plugging in your iPad or iPhone. Mostly, it should connect okay.
If the iOS device still can't be recognized, please try iTunes to make sure that iTunes can recognize your iOS device correctly. If iTunes does not, please update to latest version or reinstall iTunes, then try again.

The contents of iDevice are not fully loaded?

Please try to disconnect your iPhone or iPad from your computer, and connect it to computer again. This always solves the problem.

Why can't I start transfer after click "Transfer All" button?

If you click button "Transfer All" or right-click on multiple items to start stransfering process, you will see the "Registration" screen, this means you can only transfer one single item before you buy the license code.

What should I do with crashes?
A
If you get crashes during using the application. First, please try to run in debug mode and send us the log file. To run application in debug mode, please follow the steps: go to "Start Menu" , find the application group like "PodPhone to PC", then click the application with "Debug" or "Debug Mode", then the log fie will be generated. To get the log file, click the menu command "Open Log Directory" under "File" ( this command only be visible in debug mode).
